  We were on a trip to Somerset and South Wales and stayed on three hotels. This was by far the best, the owners are really helpful and friendly. We were treated as locals by them. Rooms are big and beautifully decorated, bright and airy with lovely linen. Dinner was recommended by a local and the food was fantastic, best meal of the holiday. The location is very good for a quiet holiday. Two minutes walk from cafe overlooking Langlands Bay.But only five minutes by car from the busier Mumbles and picturesque Swansea Bay. 2. The owners were very friendly and eager to help. 3. For a small hotel a surprisingly good quality restaurant in the evening. 4. I can understand why this hotel was a previous winner of the best small hotel in the Swansea area.

  Fantastic country venue. Flowers, shrubs etc in full bloom and well cared for. Enjoyed a great breakfast outdoors. Also to relax by the lake in evening .wifi free and staff friendly n helpful.
