Das Hotel ist nagelneu und somit die Einrichtungen noch in sehr gutem Zustand - Pristine new hotel with excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. Also good restaurant at reasonable prices. Might I suggest a signpost from the parkway if possible? Easy to take a wrong turn here - not the hotel's fault of course. - Great location, very clean hot

Bar pleasant atmosphere with opportunity for civilised chat and drink. Pleasant, helpful, courteous staff. Location in centre of city but rooms very quiet.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, right in the centre of town, fantastic courtyard with restaurants to the back of the hotel, and it was such a beautiful weekend that you felt you where abroad. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel.

Everything was new and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the digital television was not working properly and we had to change rooms to get any television to work at all. Otherwise all was great. We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiley!!! and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel although situated on a roundabout, you wouldn't have known it, was in a perfect location for seeing all the beautiful places around the area. Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Snake Pass all just a few minutes drive away. Beds were amazing probably the best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had. Restaurant was brilliant, food really good, and again the staff were fabulous.
