Das Hotel ist nagelneu und somit die Einrichtungen noch in sehr gutem Zustand - Pristine new hotel with excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. Also good restaurant at reasonable prices. Might I suggest a signpost from the parkway if possible? Easy to take a wrong turn here - not the hotel's fault of course. - Great location, very clean hot

I loved the layout of the room, it was not to crowded which meant there was space to read and relax. The en-suite was amazing and I very much enjoyed the shower, even the shower gel dispenser I found quaint and easy to use. The staff themselves did not look down on me because I was a student in fact they were very efficient and charming. I enjoyed

The friendly welcoming staff who were only too pleased to help out with a problem we had with the TV at the start of our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the breakfast was excellent value. We were in Sheffield for the snooker championships and the hotel was a short walk to the city centre and the venue.

the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. excellent directions by the very helpful young man on the phone.
Breakfast was very nice, fantastic selection of food and very nice

This must be the flagship hotel in the Premier Inn chain...I Understand
it has been open for around four years yet it looked as thought it had
opened yesterday. The staff were all amazingly helpfull, nothing was too

Amazing staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. They were lovely and very helpful. I couldn't stay for breakfast and one particularly lovely man in the restaurant insisted on making me a bacon sandwich to take to the station with me. Wrapped in tinfoil, even had the bread lightly toasted to keep it firm, so thoughtful. He also put a few little muffins in the paper bag in case I wanted something sweet. The rooms were a nice size and clean if a little stuffy as we didn't use air con as we both have asthma but the breakfast was great the staff very helpful it was in a convenient spot to our family who we went to visit we had s lovely comfortable bed and pillows overall I would give u 8 out 10 . -

Walked into reception to a warm and friendly greeting. Advice about the hotel and the Beefeater restaurant on the site given. Booked us a table for an evening meal and breakfast following morning. Our room was clean and had everything we required.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Travelling with our 2 yr old twins, staff put my mind at ease over phone that they would sort the room for us. We arrived at 11pm, receptionist came out to greet us in car park, offering to take bags so we could get children in the warm ASAP. Staff in restaurant so friendly and welcoming to children. Maintenance man v friendly and chatty when we met in corridor.. Cannot praise everyone we came into contact with enough. Brilliant staff, a credit to premier inn.
