Although this hotel is not in the centre of London, the DLR line (a metro line on the surface) station Prince Regent has direct access to the hotel and the station of Tower Gateway, in the centre of London, is within a trip of 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). Ideal location for both shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central line) to the centre of London and its attractions.   Es liegt wunderschön, doch sehr weit vom zentrum, auf der anderen seiteder themse. Per fähre ( ticket 5 Pfund!!!) und taxi dauert es über einestunde, aber die u bahnverbindung ist wiederum ausgezeichnet ( 20 min).In der nähe des hotels befindet sich außer ein pizza hut nicht sehrviel. Der Hotel Shuttle Bus nach Canada Water war unkompliziert, Wartezeit maximal 10 Minuten. Reizvolle Lage des Hotels an der Themse, gute Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums von London. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Auch hier sehr guter und freundlicher Service.
