  Staff was very very friendly, after coming into the hostel you are offered a cup of tea or coffee, and given a map of Liverpool with some recommendations. Rooms are not luxurious, but clean and comfy, and (especially together with the breakfast) definitely great value for the money. Furthermore: Free toast and tee 24/7 in the kitchen! Very recommendable, thank you Kevin and Peter(?)! - I appreciated the lovely warm welcome I received on arrival. I was immediately asked if I would like a tea or a coffee. I found the staff really cheerful, pleasant and helpful. They were all eager to give useful tips to the guests on places to visit whilst in Liverpool. I was even given a free entry card to the Cavern Club. I also like the way you can help yourself to hot drinks, store and cook your own food. Having Sky tv is a bonus and access to the internet.

  The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Everything about the hostel was perfect, spotlessly clean and well ventilated. Nice comfy beds and lounge. It is a well used hostel and everything was in working order - unlike some hotels that I have stayed in and paid a lot more for the privelige. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

  Had a great stay, perfect location between the city and Anfield and excellent value for money. Kylie one of the staff there even dropped us to town on one of the nights!

  Was clean tidy had a working kitchen you could use and living room, never stayed in a hostel before tbh it wasn't very clear when I booked it that it was but once I got over the shock I was fine met some really nice people and would deffenatally recomend the place, I've stayed in some right dives in my time and I would of thought this place to be ... was die leute sagen » the same. But I was proved wrong, so if you want a cheap Comfy place to get your head down this is the place to book once again thanks - Everything!!!! Clean, comfortable, good temperature. Close enough but far enough away from the centre of the city and right near the station. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Made to feel very welcome. I would definitely go back!
