  Peace and quiet in lovely location. Lovely wee cottage at an excellent price. Dog-friendly too! Facilities were fine, with cooker, microwave etc. - It was good that we were able to stay at short notice for one night only. Location was ideal for where we wanted to be.

  We enjoyed our stay at Craigard House. The owners Roger & Lori were very accommodating as we arrived rather late the first night but they still served us dinner and then we changed our booking for 2 nights instead of 1. Lori explained that we would have to change rooms for the second which we did and they gave us an equally lovely room with ... was die leute sagen » a view over Campbelltown Loch. We ate in their dining room both nights and the food was delicious. We enjoyed chatting with Roger about the history - I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my wife and another couple & found that it ticked all the boxes, Clean, Tidy, and the proprietors both Roger & Lori were helpful & friendly. They have put a lot of hard work in bringing a shell of a property back to life again. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot along side the harbour inlet. I will be using this hotel in the future when in that area on business from now on.
