We had a good evening meal to - i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.

I asked for a sea view and the sea view was amazing, I booked a single and was upgraded to a double for no extra cost - wonderful value for money. I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly, and the hotel comfortable. The location (I had a room overlooking the Bristol channel) with the added bonus of being able to watch the tame pheasants and squirrels and other sundry birds below my bedroom window, was idyllic.   Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected.
