Rachel had sent directions and so we had no problem locating the B&B. We had a suite, with the biggest bed that I have ever slept in. It was lovely to also have a large and comfortable seating area so we could relax in the evening.
Rachel suggested a local pub for dinner, and we enjoyed a fabulous meal there.

Real good value for money, the place is beautiful... After missing a
flight from Bristol, we quickly booked this online and arrived 10 mins
later, we were so pleased with our room that we forgot about missing our
holiday!! The 2 cold beers on arrival really helped to calm the nerves
after an otherwise pretty stressful day... Would definitely recommend :)

have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like
giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room
service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and
again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area.
Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well
furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

The hotel has a great location for those wanting to explore the city, especially good for the shops with Cabot Circus a 5 min walk away! Staff couldnt have done more to make our stay! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable and i really liked the bathroom. Rainfall shower and bath was brilliant. -

Wir hatten ein Maisonette-Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse mitten in der Altstadt. Die Einrichtung hervorragend und alles sehr neu, es war an alles gedacht (Küchenutensilien, CD-Spieler etc.). Wir fühlten uns fast wie zu Hause. The Spa was lovely and relaxing plus spotlessly clean and there's a clever little machine where you can dry your swimming costume, unfortunately it ate mine, but that's another story! Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. The staff where all very freindly and nothing was so much trouble. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.
