No .38, much too far for two people in their seventies, one of whom was not very fit .Especially since it appeared that there were in fact other more accessible rooms unoccupied. Breakfast was excellent, with the best cooked eggs I have ever had in a hotel. It was easy to control the temperature in the room and we were very comfortable. Well situated on the sea front, clean and modern, we were delighted with our choice. We will definitely return to and also recommend this hotel.
