The interior was beautiful. Staff gave great service. The massage in the Chi SPA I had was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Good room service. Great view on the Bosphorus. Rooms very nice, good balcony. We stayed in Premium Suite.

Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

I think it is a new hotel designed so modern and chic. My arrive to

The hotel is modern and luxury, the available facilities are suitable for both families and business trips. The staffs are very polite and helpful. We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets. Tea and coffee facilities in the room is nice especially for business travellers. -

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request.
