  I just had a very nice stay in this hotel. The location is excellent, room is reasonably sized, comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the staff is very co-operative and friendly. They don't hesitate to do anything to please their guests. I had long times chatting with them in general discussions, and they helped me to find places to visits, res... was die leute sagen » taurants, etc. It was indeed very nice experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to friends - Everything! it was not a single issue that the simpathic guys on the reception didn't solve it! They said on all our request 'YES'. The rooms were clean, the breakfest untill 11, the location is very good and easy to reach with a fast & direct tram that cost 1,5 euro, to all important sights! I have been in Istanbul many times and i can easily compare with other places, so...definitely i will recomande this one! and...the price = best deal! :)

  The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized.   The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. Hotel modern and well designed, very pleasant breakfast area with outside sitting area looking over small park in a quiet cul de sac. Area very non touristy, a business and small hotel area, many foreigners but not from UK which was good! A very enjoyable stay. Very good value fo - I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check- out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend others to stay at this hotel.

They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request. Guvenc was the front office manager who made special arrangements for me. Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45 in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay
