Elizabeth was great!!! There is a cage downstairs when she hang out. So you just call them and they will be waiting for u with the keys.
The location is awesome! Literally 1 min from the Main Street and 15 min slow walk from the buses stop.
The apt is really modern and has everything you need.
The only downside is that there's no lift so 5th floor we stayed at is a bit hard to reach after a night out.

hotel: at the airport, take the shuttle bus that takes you to Taksim
Square, when you arrived in the square, cross and take the main street
full of shops, after 2 minutes you meet the shop "Swatch",

the host was amazingly kind, He was all the time helping us and suggesting us places to go and the best way to go there. Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful.
