  Hasan (owner with his family) and his staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Hasan himself did transfers to and from Izmir airport for us and was so helpful with prompt emails after our flight times got changed 5 times! The promise of access to a swimming pool was an added plus that some hotels in this price bracket just don't accommodate. The hotel was well displayed and it only took a question to a nearby shopowner to direct us in the right direction ,but the views far outdid this small inconvenience
