Staff was friendly (even brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon), spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental company as we struggled to get the car turned in on time. The metro station was a stone throw away which was very convenient and the bus station too. There are many eating places around the hotel.
