  The room was quite authentic and cozy; not very spacious but enough to accommodate a young couple. It had a big bathroom with a traditional Turkish bath corner. There was a big terrace in which you can enjoy a nice view of the fairy chimneys around. The location of the hotel was the best as it was 3 mins of walk to the town center. The staff were as nice as any hotel staff should be. - The room decor was rustic but clean & comfortable - just the right atmosphere for a stay in Goreme.   the staff were very friendly, they helped you with everything. The staff- Tugay was really really nice. He will help you a lot. The breakfast was okay. so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

  The suites were located close to town which made trips to grab a bite to eat easily accessible. Staff spoke english very well and were more than accomodating booking us tours, storing our luggage and offering us coffee or another beverage anytime we were outside. We also were able to check-in to the hotel at around 11am with only a short wait whic... was die leute sagen » h was appreciated. The rooms were very cute and spacious and included a safe which was appreciated. The breakfast was also quite expansive and served - Wow!!!! Possibly the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our lost luggage from Kayseri airport. They booked all the tours for us and made our trip so effortless. The views from the room were spectacular. We are the envy of all our friends when we show them the pictures of our room. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

  The Lalezar hotel offered excellent value for the comfortable room and location!!! In addition, the staff was very helpful and made sure our stay was nothing less than perfect!! We arrived early and they made the exception to take us in before official check out and also let us take advantage of the wonderful breakfast!!! Ours had two windows that opened to a beautiful view of Goreme and other carved sandstone-like spires. At sunrise, you could see many hot-air balloons ascending in the sky. Fabulous! The owner and manger so thoughtful. They called our room early (at 0700) to say breakfast was ready--in order to avoid the rush of a tour
