  nice place friendly staff clean - This is a small hotel away from the 'full British breakfast' brigade, run by locals, in a residential area, but only 10 mins walk to town. We watched owls at night and woke to the chickens and ducks opposite.This was right at the start of the season though, so possibly could be noisier later on. The apartment was small but comfortable, and gave good space for two. Good pool, and a smal - The owner was very kind and helpful. We arrived early in the morning after our flight and he was there to greet us! The location is not too far from town - walking distance to the river and Migros supermarket is just a few blocks away. The apartments are in a nice quiet spot.

  Very friendly staff. The apartment was basic but very clean and functional. It was perfect for our short stay of 3 nights and excellent value for money. The pool was lovely.   Fantastic scenary The owner is a brilliant singer & musician making evenings by the river a beatiful experience The campsite is ok and the cottages cute. Be prepared for a camping experience and you'll like this place - Great location and excellent wifi covering the whole camp site. Our hut was clean and basic as per the description online.

  The really great thing about a stay at Karaca Apart Hotel has to be the wonderful owners - Enver and Adile! We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Enver organised various boat trips, took us to a turkish bath and served ice-cold beers whilst Adile made some great food for us. Their daughter also became good friends wit... was die leute sagen » h their lovely daughter, Gozde. We had breakfast included and it was well worth it. The Apart Hotel place itself is very nice, pool is great and apart - The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They cooked us a meal at around midnight and they came to look for us once we got lost in Dalyan. Anything we asked for was no problem, and they organized a nice tour for us on the first day. They were always available and made us feel welcome and like at home. The room was relatively small (attic) but cosy and nicely decorated, with well working air conditioning. If we come back to Dalyan, this is the place we want to be.

Excellent cleaning service- Went home with a suitcase full of freshly laundered clothes! Very Turkish experience, enjoyed a few conversations in broken English with the owner. Everything is right there - the location really is ideal. - The owner, Sevkiye, was extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay extra special. We had a spacious apartment with excellent views to the rock tombs. We opted for half board and Sevkiye provided us with delicious breakfast and dinner. We had a wonderful trip on the hotel boat to the lake and the mud springs. The hotel is ideally located.
