  The staff was amazing. They promptly picked us up at the train station upon our arrival. We stayed there for seven days and where continually impressed! We had a few restaurants we wanted to eat at, but left the rest up to their recommendations. They made lunch and dinner reservations for us and every one was excellent! The break - Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. The warm afternoon drinks on the patio was a perfect welcome. Saunas and hot tub were very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Good breakfast.   we loved everything. had room 21 it was really lovely, only moan if I must be honest, the bed felt like a rise in the centre which made cuddles uncomfortable, kept rolling back to the sides ! it felt like sleeping in twin beds. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.
