  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern. We were asked before our arrival how we would like the sleeping set up in the bedroom and it was all arranged at our arrival. Beautiful interior design, possibility to wash clothes and most things there (including several spices) to do your own cooking. If we go back to Berne we will definitely try to stay here again. Big thanks.
