  This is a modern hotel that has all the features of a four star hotel. The room, though small, was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with tub and roll-in shower.   I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel situated in the alpine village of Wengen. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and really made our stay even better. I like the fact that Hotel Caprice is not a large hotel because the service feels much more personal. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings - The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

They gave absolutely brilliant service throughout my stay. they would go out of their way to make your stay feel welcome and comfortable .I especially appreciated the staff namely , Ahmed & Kristine.   A nice friendly hotel with an excellent breakfast and good selection for dinner. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the farm yard next door. Every night we sipped wine while we watched the animals interact. It was great fun. The free town bus stops within a block of the hotel so getting around Kandersteg was convenient.
