  Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me.   I stayed here because the other hotels were outrageously expensive during the week in Geneva and there were 2 UN conferences so much was booked out. It turned out to be fine. I booked a double room, as that was all that was available, and thus had actually a corner room with 3 windows and plenty of space. The hotel is plain and functional. The location near the train station is excellent so easy - The location is very central. Close to the lake, so with just a few steps, you can have a fantastic view of the lake. Price is a value for money (considering how Switzerland is very expensive) because the room is very comfortable to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Do ask them for a city bus pass cause that helped us a lot!

It is close to the airpoprt and the free transportation pass was awesome. The bus stop is nearby and the bus comes frequently. The hotel shuttle is very helpful; and makes your arrival and departure in Geneve quite simple and easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms were a good/comfortable size and immaculate.

Zimmer gegen den Bahnhof sind gut schallisoliert, die Fenster könnten aufgemacht werden, aber dann hat man den Strassenlärm. Den Lüftungsschlitz unterhalb des Fensters muss man geschlossen lassen, sonst hat man den Strassenlärm

  This hotel was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Geneva. We found it very easy to get to from the airport by bus using our free public transport ticket. Getting into Geneva was very straightforward by tram which was close to the hotel. Catch the small lift to sixth floor and turn left a - Very good location in Old Town but rounded by trams that take you to every place in the city, also to the frontier with France. Further, you cross the Mount Blanc Pont and there is the Train Station (Cornavin) from where you depart to the airport (next station) and to many places in Switzerland and other countries. This is my second time in this hotel and would go back again in case I return to Geneva.
