The bed was soft and comfortable, the studio was spacious, the shower room was modern and clean with lashings of hot water. The kitchen facilities were useful for a short stay and just further down the road was a supermarket. The open air street market that sold veg was only two stops away on the tram. The frequent trams stopped right outside and we were given a free ticket for the duration of our stay.alle bewertungen
Very reasonable price/quality ratio for Geneva and good location for our purposes. Also, with the tram stop just outside and the free public transport ticket, you can be anywhere downtown easily and quickly. We actually walked mostly.
Very frienly and helpful staff. Note that this is a residence, so you have a minimal kitchen, but no daily cleaning of the room. The rooms are rather nice and modern.
Stayed in double with kitchenette. Nice hotel overall. Clean room and there is pretty much everything you need in there. I'd say exellent location, easy to travell to the downtown. the tram stop is in front of the hotel. The hotel is not that expensive compared to the ones in the downtown. Big food store about 100 metres away. I believe i could reccomend this hotel.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with high finishes. Loved the kitchenette. Nice bathroom with heated towel rail, and all that you need. It was very clean, and very private. Yes it has a small lift, but you can go in your own lift with your bags if necessary. Location was perfect as the tram stops right in front of the hotel.
Very clean & modern, bed v. comfortable, great shower room, kitchen - combi micro, hot plates + crockery etc - perfectly fine for breakfast & occasional holiday cooking. Easy access on no. 15 tram & free transport card is wonderful. Friendly staff.
It's just besides a station of tram 15, so it's super easy to go to the Geneva train station and the city center. And the services are very thorough and satisfied, you can find all kinds of facilities even in a classic economic room, and also a small kitchen!.
Very convenient location right across from a tram stop, which made
getting around the city a cinch. Also loved the free transportation card
that allowed free travel on city trams, buses and the airport train; I
didn't spend a dime on public transportation.
The Apartment was not naer to town centre taking into account the high living standard of Geneva. Yet, the tram system was fine esp. with free transport pass. The room was well designed while the staff were extremely helpful and professional.
We liked the most a view from the window at our room on 9th floor - it was just wonderful, mountains and city's panorama. And huge windous were just marvellous! We also liked we found tea and cream in the cupboard and even house shoes.

Also liked that it was clean and we cooked have breakfast easily before setting off.

The tram station is in front of the hotel, and every 5 minutes there is a tram arriving.
Very cosy, clean and with a fully equipped kitchen, complementary tea, coffee, sugar, etc.

Very nice apartments with kitchinette at a very good rate, directly at the Tramstop, 4 stops from the very city center. Calm and clean.
You can reserve a parking for very cheap CHF 15 as well.

The hotel is perfect , staff are sooooo good very helpful in front of the metro station very easy to find there is a supermarket very near . No complain about this hotel.

We were on the ninth floor. The view was more high rise buildings. There was a lack of greenery, although the mountains were visible in the background - when they didn't disappear into the mist.
Street noise can be an issue for being at a major road, but that is true for any such hotel. The modern shower design makes it impossible not to have a lot of water on the floor after showering.
on the negative is the bad isolation so you can hear pretty much everything from the hotel corridor and there was lift repairing work going on during my stay so it has just added up noise in the morning. the room i stayed in was next to the lift shaft though. But i guess it could be put up with and i gues repairing works coulb be over already.
-The room is not very sound proof. Noise can be heard from the street and from other rooms.

Surrounding streets a bit noisy ( but it is central Geneva, so ... ). Wifi a bit intermittent, OK for leisure use, might be an issue for business. Only 2 English lang. channels on TV ( CNN & BBC World ) - given that there are so many English speaking visitors to Geneva a few more a few more would be appreciated.
It would be nice if the hotel had a larger tram map along with the city
map--it was hard to read the map included with the city map.
What we didn't like there was only one chair in the room. It was uncomfortable because we cooked and ate in our room. So we had to eat in the bed.
I would have appreciated a reduction on what I had pre-paid in light of our missing our flight from Canada. I informed you as quickly as I could and asked about a reduction for the first "missed night" but was refused because it had been pre-paid.

The front desk is not 24h - 7 days a week open, so make sure you plan your arrival at the hotel if you are checking in at night or weekends.
Air conditioning too loud and not very efficient.

During my stay, they did not clean the room even once :( The guy at the reception told us by arrival, that if we wont our room to be cleaned, we should tell them and it will happened. But still, i would prefer that a cleaning lady would step by at least 1x in 2 days like in all other hotels all over the world. Some peole may feel unconfertable asking, so the cleaning service should be a standard and not a service by request.
The only issue was the room was a bit cramped when it came to eating.

I didn't like the Internet issue, the wireless was very weak and I had to sit by the entrance door to get connected!.
The kitchen is small with limited cocking equipments.
The cloth washing machine and drayer are not available in the residence.
The parking can't be access after 10 pm.

Slow internet (170 kbs max! if only one internet page or application is used). Unacceptable. In Switzerland through Swisscom (in other hotels) the common speed is 1,4Mbs).
Breakfast could be a bit more elaborate: only 1 coffee allowed, the promised sandwiches are not there, no yoghourt.
