  Very nice building, nice flat, well equipped, perfectly located in the center. - Spacious and very clean apartment which located in a quiet street. It is new, nicely furnished and only 3 minutes walk from the most important sites.The kitchen is very good equipped by all necessary things, refrigerator, stove, tea pot, knives, spoons, forks, plate... was die leute sagen » s, washing machine and so on. The staff are friendly and problem solving oriented. Fast free wireless, comfortable beds, air conditioning. Also great to be just around the corner from the Jacaranda restaurant where we had the best m - We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the apartment ; the location and the design of the apartment was just a treat! Especially comparing it to the price . It deserved every penny . As soon as we got to the apartment I tried booking an extra night we loved it so much ! Unfortunately fully booked !! So my advice Valencia is an axing city and staying at these apartments made it an even better stay ; so try to stay there former than one night before u regret it !

  Apartments very clean , modern comfortable and well equipped. location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from all tourist sights , the fresh food market is on the door step, shops and restaurants (Lots of Tapas bars very good prices ) all minutes away. Take the map as we got lost alot !! but not a problem as this is A very beautiful city, we f... was die leute sagen » elt safe while walking around. The staff were very helpful and came straight away to sort out the large window which would not close. Left our luggag - The apartment was clean, new but very basic. There is one bath with bidet, small kitchen ( no oven - decently equipped ) , dining table, sofa bed, one bedroom and balcony. There is soap in the bathroom with two extra rolls of toilet paper. A new iron and board never been used. They give you two bath towels and two small towels. Also there is an extra blanket and pillow. The pillows are so long, first time I have seen one of those. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
