  The staff (that means the owner Carmen and her friends) at Hotel Holos were simply amazing. This was personalised service in the extreme. One simple example is we were given a printed list of restaurants that the staff really like - and these were not the typical hotel list where they earn commission. Liked the location out of central Seville and personal touches: quotes and origami left on the pillow each night. Tasty breakfasts and the wonderful citrus trees framing the property.
