  We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was fantastic to wander through. The heat was on, there was a hair dryer for me to use, they even had an electric kettle and tea sitting in our room - It was excellent in all ways * it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !! I d stay there again ~~)

  Delightful converted monastery. While the rooms were basic the building and its gardens were fabulous - we had our picnic lunch in the cloister gardens. Extremely quiet and a quiet location on the university's old campus. Good continental breakfast. Lots of free parking.   The staff was just outstanding. They took it as their job to tell me all about Santiago. When I was sick, they let me stay in the room until 1:30. Victor and Natalie bent over backwards to help. It's a modern design in an old building that takes some getting used to, but not much. And still in a reasonable price bracket. Ideally located in Santiago de compostela easy to walk in the old town and to the train and bus stations.   We arrived after being at our 1st Spanish wedding which was in Coruna which was a great experience, we were both tired after finding a car park for the car we found the hotel no problem the location was great, once checked in we were only to happy to see the lovely spotless room which was also nice and warm, we had a sleep for an 1 hour before hea... was die leute sagen » ding out and have to stay the beds and the linen were so comfortable !! We went out and explored although it was a Sunday the streets were full of atm - We stayed at this hotel after walking 200km of the Camino. What a great choice! So close to the Cathedral and very central to shops and restaurants. The hotel has been beautifully revamped and we loved our room and the gorgeous bathroom. Lovely, peaceful hotel right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Santiago. I would definitely stay there again!

  Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen Lage außerhalb von Santiago am Autobahnzubringer.Problem für Fussgänger, Pilgerreisende wie wir war, die relative Ungenauigkeit der Lage und Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß von der Stadtmitte aus.Das letzte Stück des Weges ging es über die Autobahnzubringer. Auch ist keine Straßen oder Ortsbezeichnung (Richtung) aus der Buch... was die leute sagen » ung zu entnehmen. Besser ist es ein Bus. - Staff was very helpful and kind. Bus came every hour - The hotel provides an excellent menu del dia in the evening at a very reasonable price. There is a regular bus service for less than 1€ into the centre of Santiago which leaves from outside the hotel.
