  Staff very helpful. Our dog had an accident and they were very kind - the staff were very helpful and polite making us very welcome. The fact we had a dog who was made just as welcome and allowed in the room was really great. I will use this hotel again.

  The Gran Hotel Sardinero is a beautiful, very modern and very clean hotel situated directly overlooking the sea/ beach. We had a very spacious bright superior room with a side sea view. It was incredibly quiet. The room was extremely comfortable and warm despite the horrendous 6 days at the end of May where we had the bleakest, coldest weather eve... was die leute sagen » r for the time of year. The bed was very comfortable and luxurious. The bathroom was enormous with 2 huge sinks and fluffy towels. There was an abunda - What a great hotel,in a good location opposite the Casino and beach.From the outside looks very traditional (Victorian), which we usually prefer, but inside has been completely refurbished in a contemporary style, beautiful hotel, lovely bedrooms, and a great bar that offers a great value menu del Dia, even in the evening, would definitely recommend and would like to stay there again when we return to Santander
