Irenaz resort was located on the edge of a beautiful green valley that

The apartments were very modern and private, overlooking the valley on the outskirts of San Sebastián. We specifically chose the location because we had a car we didn't want to use in the city and parking was free. The apartments were close to a bus stop with regular buses taking about 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a damage report we needed to fax to the leasing company.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We chose this hotel as we were arriving by car and didn't want to drive right into the city centre. The walk into town only takes 10-15 mins. We also loved the movie theme of the hotel and got the Bob Hoskins room. The rooms have DVD players and you can hire for free, movies from the hotel to watch, so we thought this was pretty cool. Can't comment on the breakfast as we went an ate elsewhere.

EVERYTHING!!!!! The location was perfect. We had the most beautiful walk across the bridge into old town everyday. The staff did EVERYTHING possible to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Joakina herself was very nice and welcoming, and so was her son. Some people have complained about her being around all time, but we only saw her on arrival and the day we left. We could come and go as we pleased. -

We liked almost everything about our stay. Ibon, the owner, was
extremely helpful - giving us information about restaurants, tourist
sites, etc. We stayed in two rooms - a double on the second floor (the
grandparents) and the apartment on the sixth floor (family with 2 small
children). Ibon is renovating the building so there was no elevator but
this will be finished in a few weeks. And, as active people, this did
