This was a very pleasant pension. We had a double and a single room for our daughter. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely. The location is very close to San Sebastian RENFE station. It is also couple of minute to the beach.
It is very clean and almost new since the owner just repaint the pension.
It is definetiley worth place to stay and if I am going to san sebastian, I will definitely come back to this pension

Nice, bright and clean room on the 5th floor, loved the little balcony facing the street. Quiet area, but still close to everything.
Joakina herself was very nice and welcoming, and so was her son. Some people have complained about her being around all time, but we only saw her on arrival and the day we left. We could come and go as we pleased. -

The 'pension' is a delight. It is a small, family run enterprise in a back street, about four hundred yards from the main beach and eight hundred yards from the old town. It is spotlessly clean, recently refurbished and well run. The boss greets you on your arrival, sees to your very need and helps you with directions to a private, secure car park facility one hundred yards away. I would go back tomorrow - or whenever I next go to San Sebastián.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony, which was great. The accommodation was in an excellent location, very close to the beach, and walking distance to all of the sights of San Sebastian. The staff were extremely helpful. I was feeling unwell the day after we arrived, and the lady at the Pension directed us to a very good medical centre. This Pension was spotless and the staff was so friendly. The pension is on door step of some amazing food granted with this location there was some night street noise. Shared bathroom never an issue here as many bathrooms for bedrooms.

Perfect location. Really friendly staff. Shared bathroom was not a problem as it isnt shared by many rooms and we were all around at different times. Nice little balcony. It was quite noisy at night, but that would be the same anywhere in the old town.

This was the most comfortable and best appointed room we stayed in
during two weeks of a motoring holiday in France and Spain. When I
compilmented the owner, who could not have been more helpful, on the
quality of the hotel, which I had taken to be a recent build, he told
me that it was a 19th century structure which he and his wife had

The free parking and affordable rate led me to book here. The staff was friendly and helpful (and spoke good English), the breakfast was plentiful, and we could even leave our car in their parking lot after we checked out so we could explore the city some more.
