We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

The double room we got was very comfortable and it looked like a little cottage in the city. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired). We wish we had more time to explore Bilbao and stay in this comfortable hotel. We found it to be very quiet-there ar
