  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. BTW, the price is also attractive and it counted for our decision to stay at Bellavista Mi - Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

  This is a small complex compared to some of the surrounding buildings (3 floors high, around 80 flats in total, approx. 10-15 are owner- occupied). It has an 'Art Deco' (Spanish-style!) feel to it and we really liked it. It's secure (access to complex is by key), has a car park with barrier, a nice sunny pool (kids pool was closed off - yippee!) p... was die leute sagen » lenty of sunbeds, pleasant gardens with palm trees + volleyball & basketball courts. Nice big balconies (all overlooking the pool), well-equipped - Very friendly check in and helpful staff checking out. The complex is secure and there is a night time security guard. The luxury apartments are well designed, equipped and clean. There was no noise at any time. Great location, close to a beautiful beach.

  It was a pleasure to find that our apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we could wish for - including a washing machine! Really good transport links (you can get just about anywhere on the island from the local bus station) and San Marcos has a nice beach and is within walking distance.
