The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance

Well it vas centrally located. The pool, the whirlpool and the sauna on
the 7 th. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed.
It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13
allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this
hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is
really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

The friendliness of staff on reception----couldn't do more for us whenever we asked for advise etc. The quality and the choice of food available was excellent, at all meal times. The Colonial atmosphere of the whole city, with yourselves just on the edge, and included. We were just amazed at La Laguna City and we loved it, much different to the rest of Tenerife. We have lived here for 11 years and was our first visit from Playa San Juan. Well done on your lovely Hotel, we will come again. -

We just LOVE the place and the staff. We are not interestet in Charter holidays, so we were looking for a very relaxed place - and we got it. Whenever we asked for something, it wasn´t a problem, we just enjoyed the peace and the beautiful surroundings -

Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Good location as well -
