  The place was great, full of green and trees. When we got there our host was Jose that was very polite and "cordial" all the time we needed to ask info about the place (all the staff in general was really nice) Value for money was great as well. The location was very good for us as we rent a car so I couldn't say how would it be without. It was just amazing and relaxi - Really lovely bungalows, very quiet and relaxing.   All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around. The apartment I was renting was on the 6th floor, has two beds, small kitchen (which I didn't use because of many good cheap restaurants in Las Palmas) and a balcony (also with a view of Las Canteras) where I could sunbathe.
