  This was our first trip to Yigo after many trips to other areas of Spain. We only spent 1 night here which could have been more. The staff and owners are very attentive and helpful. They recommended a restaurant down the way for eating fish and seafood which was very local and had the best seafood ever! The shower in our room was very nice and had easy access. The bed w - Everything. This hotel is wonderfull. The location is perfect, at the apex of the waterfront, the grand avenues and the old city. A beautiful old building completely refurbished, and rooms were well appointed. The owners are very professional and very personable, and attentive to small details. I recomended this hotel to anyone. A 4 star hotel at 3 star prices.

  Beautiful location, three kilometers from the town, out on the headland beside the old lighthouse. I was the only guest in the hotel the night I stayed, but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. One of them had to stay the night because i was there. The room was very nice.   We had just finished the Camino de Santiago and wanted some luxury which we got here in bucketloads! Staff treated you like family, free aperitifs at night - organic from the garden Delicious! We took the bikes up to the lighthouse and had a great ride. We spent the afternoon treating ourselves, first the shower is something to behold! Fabulous location overlooking sandy beach with wonderful sunsets. Hosts that offer excellent service, for instance, I mentioned an allergy when booking and received an email back from the owners immediately assuring me they would accommodate my dietary needs. A kitchen where we were welcomed to help ourself to drinks and home made cake. Nothing was too much trouble.
