  Location is very centralized, close to the Cathedral. It is minimalist and chic. But what is impressive is the super friendly staff. The evening staff at the reception, called Maria, is especially helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome with all the tips re Santiago. Would stay here again next time. The waitress was very friendly as well. - The hotel was faboulous, small and cosy, the receptionist was extremelly helpful and funny. She direct us to the resturant and make our stay special.   It is an extraorindarily beautiful property with attention to detail inside and out. The room was delightful and comfortable with wonderful beds. The owner gave us a guided tour to explain the history of the property and the rennovation process -- fascinating. Newspapers are available in the reception area and books in the lounge, and drinks are available in the mini bar of the room free of charge. We had dinner one night at the hotel and enjoyed it greatly. We overheard quite a few clients mentioning that they had been there before and were planning to return.

The hotel is full of character, and the restaurant is a delight.
