  From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.
