  Very clean, attractive rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The hotel was locked when we arrived, but the owners live across the street and arrived quickly after calling the number on the door. We received both a room key and a key to the lobby door, so access was no problem despite no staff after breakfast.   We lived in a spacious juniorsuite with great views of sea and forest. The staff was lovely and very helpful. There were good hikingtracks closeby, the best: Los Tilos. We rented a car for the whole stay and drove around the island to explore every day. The hotel was a very good base to get back to in the evening (especially the jacuzzi!). We bot - We really enjoyed this hotel. We had an enormous and comfortable room with a patio overlooking the pine covered slopes down to the sea of the north coast of La Palma. Great location for walkers and lots were there. Very friendly and helpful staff including a Brit (? manager or owner) who recommended a lovely route for the next day and gave us a book with pictures of La Palma to read in the cosy bar with a log fire before dinner.

  The property, which boasts a 4-star rating, is located on the hillside of Costa Calma, separated from the main town centre by the fv-2, the main road running from south to north on Fuerteventura. We always walked to the beach, never took a shuttle. It is windy indeed, but it is on the whole island. And wind is a good advantage (we were at summer tome), because you don't feel the heat. Food was great. We had a full board. We are vegetarians and still we ate a lot. The beaches (10-15 minutes by bus) are the most beautiful on the whole island. We rented a car for 2 days, it was enough to explore the island. Had great time.
