  I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here.   Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros.   The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  Friendly, efficient staff. A pleasantly landscaped site in two halves with a clean, good-sized attractive pool for each half (each has a kiddy pool and shower too). The pool was lovely, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen units make it feel like a little apartment away from home. the rooms are not luxury but you do have a flat screen tv, living room and separate bedrooms and kitchen -- nothing to complaint about.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.
