  The staff were really helpful and flexible a nice touch. The location is great and the town is wonderful. It was really nice they let us select our room. I liked that it was a little walk from the main town area and a bit off the path. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  The family were absolutely charming and very helpful - as were all the staff . Location spectacular and peaceful - we had wonderful views of the mountains over the orange trees and couldn't see any of the surrounding houses . We had a very comfortable isolated room and bathroom a short walk from the main house, which suited us . All the facilities were good quality, no intrusive service but nothing lacking - perfect place to relax

  The location is perfect. Cala d'Or is a lovely city, with great restaurants but allows you to travel to the best beaches of the island very easily due its location. Is a few steps away from a lovely sand beach, the staff is very friendly and gives you all the answers you need.
