Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Show cooking was excellent - japanese,indian,chinese, mediterranean themes.Drinks in hotel bars were pricey. Entertainment every night was to a good standard. Very quiet no roudiness, Nightly entertainment in very large well decorated function room with glass doors leading to terrace overlooking sea. Hotel really clean, all publin areas very well decorated and toilets FIRST CLASS. Reception and resturant staff most helpful.

Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. - Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable
- Good location and very near the shops, restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby
