  For a two-star apartment Doña Elvira was the best we can get. As you have to be aware of those two stars, there is nothing to be disappointed about. The location may not be right in the middle of Málaga´s center, but in a three minute walk you will be at the great shopping street. Shopping: - 2 Minutes to the supermarket, wich has a big market Hal... was die leute sagen » l next to it (opening times: Mo-Sa ~8am - 3pm!!) - 2 Minutes to the theater - 5 Minutes to the Plaza de la Merced (where Picasso was born) - 15 Minute - The apartment was well-equipped and conveniently located with lots of restaurants and bars around the corner. Some reviews say that the area is dangerous which I totally disagree with - some of the surrounding streets are a but shabby but Málaga is undergoing but we didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to answer our questions.

  Tolles historisches Haus, mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Lage außerhalb Malagas in Strandnähe (1 h zu Fuß am Strand entlang in die Stadt und 15 Minuten mit dem Bus). Tolle Gastgeberin - Everything at La Francesa was in the most perfect possible taste, artistically conceived. Breakfast was excellent. 3 dogs were very friendly. Our suite was decorated and furnished in plain white, a pleasing effect - and very comfortable. - The owners are the most friendly people. They are very service minded and have established a wonderful little hotel that is nestled in the hills but still close enough to the beach and restaurants. Everything is very well maintained and provide access to a beautiful garden.

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im California, da wir kleinere Hotels mit familiärer Atmosphäre bevorzugen. Unser Zimmer war bequem und ruhig gelegen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Strand waren es wenigen Gehmitunten zu erreichen. - gute Lage, schönes gepflegtes Haus und sehr nette Mitarbeiter.
