Location off of Gran Via but close to shopping and museums is great...excellent value for money rooms. I got an upgrade without asking...
The best is the location and the cleanliness of room and bathroom. The towels and lines had a fresh smell of clean!.
Very good staff, they show us all the good places in the city. And helped us deposit our luggage for two weeks.

Area is has some red light activity...not too in your face but noticeable....the ladies however are discreet and did not approach you as you went into and out of the hotel.
My room has a bathroom without toilet.
Small lift (standard in many hotels).
On check in the receptionist guy was a little grumpy but the other days he was fine - must have been a bad day!
Would benefit from extra pillows.
Some room doesn't have toilet.
