Carmen was the perfect hostess, always ready to offer help and advice regarding sights, restaurants and entertainment - her recommendations were spot on! The location was great, close to all amenities, restaurants, bars, etc. Room had a nice decor and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Won't hesitate to recommend these apartments. It is important to note that taxis/cars are unable to go right next to the hotel/apartments since it is a pedestrian zone. So taxis can take you up to Plaza Santa Cruz and hotel/apartments are only a few minutes away.

The room overlooked the Dona Elvira Plaza, two french window/doors opened to take in all of the charm. Sidewalk cafes right outside the hotel made things easy. Amazing, amazing, amazing - you can find everything in this nice hotel which necessary to discover Sevilla and feel the special atmosphere of the city. Location cannot be better, staff is friendly, design is fantastic. The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too.
We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too.
The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner.
These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.

The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus.
