1. LOCATION is excellent, very close to Metro station (Placa Sants) & several bus shelters (easy to go and explore the city). Hotel also near the Sants Train Station and ALSA bus ticket counter (if you want to go to other city by bus).

This is a modest accommodation in a very good location near the main
train station in Barcelona. If you are a walker like me, you can get to
all the sights by foot. Alternatively, you can get everywhere by Metro
which is a few steps away from the hotel. The room was small but
adequate, it was clean. It wan't pristine, but it was acceptable. My
room had a balcony which was an amazing bonus. The WiFi was strong. The
towels were changed daily. The hotel has elevator and a 24hr desk.

The staff is definitely friendly and helpful when you have questions. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you all the time.
The room I stayed in clean and comfy, the shower is great and separated for male and female which gives security of usage.

Probably the best staff during our European trip. They're so helpful and friendful for everything. Clean rooms and good price for Barcelona standarts. Free Wifi everywhere. Useful lobby allows people to get in touch. So close to Sants Train Station and underground metro station. And also very close to Camp Nou for Barça fans.

1. Owner is a very hospitable. He met us in the centre cause we came early and took our luggage. So it was really comfortable for us. When coffee finished in the apartment we called to him, and in few minutes no problem. And so on

Just one word about this Apartment: The Best one. This apartment is one of the best we have got in Barcelona for a longtime, and where i have enjoyed a very nice stay with all my family. My children were feeling like at home. And it is very well located near Metro, taxi, in a good area of Barcelona where you have a lot of shops, etc..I recommend everyone going to Barcelona for business or holidays to stay there. Rooms were small but otherwise clean, comfort. Very close to Camp Nou for those who want to watch football, less than 5 mins walking time. Tube station just across the street. Restaurants in the area are decent, and better than the touristic ones downtown.

We stayed for just one night and arrived around 11 in the night. Stayed in 14 bed dorm.
There was someone on reception to attend us and show us around and make us feel comfortable.
The beds were decent and clean bedding was provided. No towels though. Lockers were good size. Dorm was big and spacious.
