  Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened.   Location is very centralized, close to the Cathedral. It is minimalist and chic. But what is impressive is the super friendly staff. The evening staff at the reception, called Maria, is especially helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome with all the tips re Santiago. Would stay here again next time. The little cafe/eating place serves good... was die leute sagen » wine, food and tapas. The waitress was very friendly as well. - The hotel was faboulous, small and cosy, the receptionist was extremelly helpful and funny. She direct us to the resturant and make our stay special. If we ever come back to Santiago we will stay again at the hotel. It is a real boutique hotel, attentif to detail as very nice design testful with a touch of past showing here and there.
