The staff was really nice and at our service all the time. It was very clean and the two bedroom room is relly big and has it's own bathroom, and the price for 6 days was excellent. The location is great. The value is great. Your really cant complain too much when it's about 30 euros a night in this location. Facility is a bit outdated, but it is cheaper and yet still a lot better and more comfortable than most hostels in Europe of that price range. It is clean for the most part and staff is friendly. We got a three people room for 30 a night.

Great location across street from Retiro park. Room decor was much
better in person than photos showed on the internet. Easy walk to
central shopping,restaurants, and museums. Much better value than other
hotels in this upscale neighborhood. The Ritz and The Palace just around

Fantastic hotel, overlooking retiro park. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

This is a very modern high tech design hotel. Rooms are spotless and bright, Wonderful bathroom layout and shower. Breakfast is all you could ask for with great assortment of fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, eggs, etc. Staff very competent and welcoming. The location was excellent. Retiro Park is across the street, the Prado is 5 blocks away and you can walk to Plaza Mayor in 20 minutes. It was a pleasant place for the budget and it is located in place where it is easier to access all forms of public transport. Very impressed with cleaning and making of beds everyday. -
