  Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like being at home rather then a privat mini hotel (especially after four days). The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh towels (to my very own surpise). It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby.   I didn't stay at the hotel that much as I spend most of my time outside. But what I can definitely say that the location is perfect and very very easy to reach (Sol Metro station), the room is very clean, big enough for 2 persons with an AC, which makes it comfortable. The room had been newly renovated and was kept extremely clean. There were two sets of double paned windows to keep out the street noise. The Museo del Jamon was right next to the hotel and is a great place to get breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee or beer/wine. We would definitely return.

  I just stayed for one night. Has a very central location and the room is correct. We stayed in a family room whit four beds and a bathroom. Next time in Madrid, i will come back! - The views are amazing, The location!, Nice water pressure
