  Very good information about the apartement and good service of the staff. Staff on site does not speak english but reception that was called on the phone does speak english. Very quiet studio in the back courtyard. Shopping groveries, banking etc. directly in front the studio. Free service to leave baggage with reception at Plaza Mayor was offered... was die leute sagen » , however we did not use it because at Atocha train station you can leave luggage for a small charge, it is more close. - Good location, 2 main to metro, 5 main to Atocha and 15 main to Prado.   The staff were so friendly, particularly Anna. We didn't realise it was more of a backpackers' hostel than a hotel, but as it was only two nights, it didn't matter. Anna was very helpful and the hostel's location could not be bettered. - good room, friendly staff, localization.
