The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle

Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

I liked the fact that it was located in the city center, but tucked in a small corner. It was in the city center but it was a quite area. None could've been more better! Also, the facilities were clean and decent. -

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

super lage, nur 2 min bis zur cathedrale, große appartments mit küche zum selberkochen, heizung/klima vorhanden, zimmer sehr neu und sehr sauber - Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr ruhig. Das Hotel mit dem Innenhof ist schön. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett. Die einrichtung der Küche ist auch sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts.

Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. We had a later train out of Seville so needed to be able to store luggage for the afternoon.

Loved the location. It's within walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, and tapas restaurants. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.

It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, new and nice, located in a very lively area, but just a few meters apart so that it was quite and calm. The owners are reliable, sharp and ver y kind. I don't have any comment or suggestion to improve it. It is just great. -

The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.

The spacious modern fit out is stylish, the local neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming - not too busy, so peaceful and quiet. Very handy 10 minute walk to main shopping streets, and pleasant 30 minute ramble to river or Barrio areas. The Mushroom is a great attraction with excellent food market to enable easy self catering. Very friendly and helpful staff. Near La Macarena where the Hoponoff Red bus stops. Makes it easy to get overview of the city. Also near the bus stop which takes you to the Corte Ingles and Cathedral.

The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
