The balcony, shaped tub, remote controlled curtains, reflective glass, see-through glass, mirrors, and lighting, all contributed to an intimate setting.   I felt very comfortable during my two days at Julian's. I just needed a bed and a shower so I booked the single room. Small but nice. Everything was new and clean. The metro station is right outside the door so you can get very quickly to the city center.   This place is in the heart of Eixample in a very nice area. We had a superior room with a nice balcony to the main road (it is quite noisy even at night, but if you use earplugs there is no problem). You also have a commonly used living and breakfast room - very lovely because the details of the old house (e.g, wooden ceiling). And furthermore, Raquel as a host is fantastic :-) - I think the hostel is very well located, its very easy to travel inside the city, because its very close to the metro and main streets.Also you can find pharmacy,restaurants,shopping markets just beside.The owner of the hostel is a very kind,helpful and warm couple. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hostel's balcony was really good to have breakfast. Calm and warm environment you feel like your home. Hope to come again, I absolutely recommend this hostel.
