We came at night, having made a notify of it and we had no troubles of night check-in. LOCATION is excellent, surrounding by many restaurants and coffee shops (few of them : Taberna El Papelo, Ciudad Pekin). 2. ROOM is quite big, with fan no Aircon, and clean. Bathroom is quite big, with hot shower and clean towel. 3. FACILITY is OK, a cupboard, a big bed & blanket provided. 4. STAFF is ready 24 hours (they do shifting), very kind and helpfull, we can put our luggage in their storage until our next bus schedule to Lisboa.

The man in reception took out maps, bus timetables etc. and worked out how to get there for us and which bus to take. The woman in the morning was equally as helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast.
