  The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the sites in the old town. Very easy to get to and from the airport via the aerobus as the apt is only 2 minutes walk away from Placa Catalunya. Apartrment was clean and the agent met us at exactly the time specified. Maid came every day and cleaned and left clean towels. Excellent value. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.

We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

Very few luxury hotels are able to balance friendliness with efficiency like Hotel Bagues. It's a rare gift to offer the experience they do for guests. The ambiance of the hotel is fantastic, too, and despite being on the La Rambla - with a room overlooking it - at night we could only hear the faintest of sounds. Luxuriously decorated, but cosy, the entire hotel is a really lovely experience.
